COO Group
We believe that excellence in corporate and operational services is key to our success. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) Group is the result of our continued investment in this area. This group is newly created (2024) and it will play a pivotal part in helping us achieve the next stage in our ambition: to deliver legal excellence that continues to become more efficient and offer greater value to the country.
The COO Group includes three directorates – Finance, Operations & Digital, Legal Operations (new), and Strategy, People & Culture. These directorates are home to 13 different professions, including communications, digital & technology, security, finance, project delivery, legal, HR, knowledge & innovation and policy (strategy and private offices).
